The book is in very good + condition with no marks or inscriptions, with just the smallest evidence of page turning.
The dustwrapper is in very good condition and is price clipped, with a tear at the top of the spine/rear cover join. The top of the spine and top edge of the front cover are creased and there are some repaired tears to the top/base of the front cover. There is a tear and some marks to the top corner of the rear cover.
The wrapper comes in a clear unattached protective cover.
A lovely first edition of this beautiful modern childrens classic.
