The book is in very good condition with no marks or inscriptions. There is some light foxing to the page edges and the half title page is partially tanned.
The dust wrapper is in very good + condition and is not price clipped. There is a tear at the top of the front cover and light creasing to the base, and light wear and tears to the corners. The rear cover has a small mark and a small piece missing from the top edge.
The wrapper comes in a clear unattached protective cover.
The book contains numerous black & white illustrations and four full colour plates. Scarce with its fabulous dust wrapper.
