The book is in very good condition with no marks and a small neat gift inscription dated 1942 written on the fep. There is some light foxing to the end papers. There is some fading to the very base of the spine.
The dustwrapper is in good + condition and is not price clipped. The spine has some loss to the base with wear to the top and edges. There is a large tear to the spine/front cover join which has been repaired to the reverse and some wear and creasing to the front cover edge. There is a small amount of loss to all corners. The reverse of the wrapper is foxed. The wrapper comes with an unattached clear protective cover.
A scarce book. We also have the second title in the series.
