The book is in very good condition with no marks or inscriptions, with foxing to the page edges and occasionally the actual page edges with the text unaffected.
The dust wrapper is in very good condition and is not price clipped, with light wear and loss to the top and base of the spine and corners.
The wrapper comes in a clear unattached protective cover.
There is a dedication from the author dated 1925 to the fep.
