The book is in very good condition, with no marks or inscriptions.
The dust wrapper is also in very good condition and is not price clipped. There are repaired tears using sellotape on the reverse side of the wrapper at the top & base of the spine, which has wear and some loss to the top of the spine and corners.
The wrapper comes in a clear unattached protective cover.
Front cover shows Stanley Matthews playing for England. The rear features the Cup Final of 1955 Man City v Birmingham.
